The Kingdom of Buganda is situated in the Central region of the country known today as Uganda. It is right in the heart of Africa astride the Equator and in the North West shores of Lake Victoria and it's also the source of the great river Nile. Buganda Kingdom is the home to the nation's political and commercial capital city Kampala as well as the country's main International airport Entebbe.

The Kingdom's equatorial climate provides plentiful sunshine which is moderated by relatively high altitude. Since it's near Lake Victoria, it's mean annual temperature ranges from 16 degrees 25 degrees Celsius. Daytime temperature averages between 8 degrees to 10 degrees Celsius warmer than night temperatures. Rainfall is evenly distributed around the area and the mean annual rainfall often exceeds 2100 millimeters. Sub counties from Buddu and Kyaggwe Counties have today responded to Luwalo Lwaffe initiative with eight million shilling.

Among the Sub ccounties that responded include; Mutuba VIII Kasaali, Mutuba VII Lwengo, Mutuba V Kakuuto, Mutuba IX Kabira, Mutuba XVII Nabigasa, (Buddu), Musaale Nagojje, and Buikwe District Disability Co-operative and Credit savings Union, (Kyaggwe).

They were hosted by the 2nd Deputy Katikkiro and Minister for finance, Robert Waggwa Nsibirwa.

In his message, Owek Waggwa Nsibirwa urged the farmers to grow crops that generate income so that they overcome poverty and hunger.

He further asked them to take caution of their security and report those suspicious individuals whom they see not fitting in the society. This could be one way of overcoming increased murder and crime rates.

At the same time, Buganda Kingdom via its partnership with Rotary Uganda, donated wheelchairs to the disabled people who brought OLuwalo worth fifty thousand shillings.

Owek Robert Waggwa Nsibirwa, used this ocassion to announce Busiro as the County to host Bulungibwansi and Local Government's Day having emerged winner of all the 18 counties as the best in implementing the Kingdom projects as well as establishing developmental projects at their county headquarters.
