Oweek Kaawaase attends Juma prayer with the Emir of Kano
The 1st Deputy Katikkiro, along with Oweek. Mariam Nkalubo Mayanja, have attended Juma prayers at Masjid Hidday in Kano, together with the Emir Alhajj Aminu Ado Bayero.
There was a special Dhua dedicated to the Kingdom of Buganda during the Juma prayers at the same masjid.
Prof. Kaawaase thanked them for the warm welcome, and for the Dhua they prayed for Buganda, and noted that their visit to attend the Kano Durbar, reflects the cordial relations between the Kingdom of Buganda and the Emir of Kano.
He appealed to them to maintain this relationship and strengthen the unity between the people of Buganda and the Emirates of Kano.
