Katikkiro visits Cascade Coffee company
Katikkiro Charles Peter Mayiga, has met with the executives of Cascade Coffee in Seattle, USA, in an effort to find partners, to support the Kingdom’s Emmwanyi Terimba programme.
The Prime Minister was accompanied by Ministers from Buganda Government; Kabaka’s Representatives in Seattle and United Kingdom; and other officials from Mengo, were welcomed by the CEO of the company, Mr. Greg Thayer, who I took them through a guided tour of the various activities.
The Katikkiro thanked them for the initiatives and emphasized that having a partnership between Cascade Coffee and the Kingdom, would be a great opportunity for Buganda and Uganda as a whole to promote Ugandan coffee.
Greg Thayer, on behalf of Cascade Coffee, pledged to work with the Kingdom to promote the coffee crop.
