Oweek Patrick Nalikka Ssendegeya installed as Kabaka’s representative for California
The Katikkiro of Buganda, Oweek. Charles Peter Mayiga, has installed the new California (San Francisco; Sacramento; Nevada) Kabaka’s Representative (Omwami wa Kabaka), Oweek. Patrick Nalikka Ssendegeya, his Deputy Paul Kiruuta and his council, following the death of his predecessor Oweek. Joseph Ssemakula and retirement of others.
The ceremony was took place at the Citrus Heights Community Center, Sacramento yesterday.
He urged them to serve the people well, strengthen their cultural traditions, and make efforts to inform them about the Kingdom’s programs.
