Introducing a campaign of planting trees in homesteads, in all official premises of the Kingdom, schools, places of worship and others.
Initiation of a programme that will uplift the standards of homesteads loosely translated ‘’Amaka Amalungi Akaalo Amatendo’’
Mobilizing women to engage in activities that will uplift Buganda in terms of people’s daily living conditions.
Coming up with a road map within the Ministry that will channel money directly into the treasury.
Starting up a special plan on taking care and upbringing of a boy child.
Making preparations to prevent and fight domestic violence in homesteads.
Starting up a work plan that will advocate for human rights in homesteads both for men and women.
Uplifting the standards of Persons with Disabilities and also developing them.
Developing a plan that favors children to ensure that the young generation of Buganda is ethically raised and taken good care of midst love.
Drawing plans of channeling a clean water system in Buganda.
Following up the responsibilities of the Ministry as stipulated in the Kingdom’s Strategic Plan and ensuring that they are achieved.
Drafting the Ministry budget and work plan every year.
Strengthen relations with the old partners in the Ministry and ensuring that they are run smoothly.
Attracting new partners to support and work with the Kingdom especially in the activities of the Ministry.
Responsible for all committees/boards of professionals and those who run the different agencies in the Ministry and ensuring that the members are all presented to Katikkiro and Cabinet before commissioning them.
