Responsibilities
Coordinating Cabinet and the Great Lukiiko sittings
Coordinating the Great Lukiiko proceedings.
Coordinating the resolutions passed by Cabinet and the Great Lukiiko with the responsible ministers and ensuring that they are followed up and put into practice.
Establishing a Cabinet Library to keep stock of Cabinet documents and also ensuring that the Kingdom documents are kept in a museum (archives)
Drafting a Ministry budget and work plan.
Safeguarding, protecting and secretly keeping the aims of the Kingdom all the time.
Coming up with a road map of bringing money into the treasury.
Cabinet Collective responsibility in the affairs of the Government of His Majesty.
Drafting a report to Katikkiro citing the affairs of the Ministry every after three years or whenever asked.
Putting in place the Kingdom’s official protocol proceedings.
Ensuring that the Kingdom dignitaries are accorded a warm reception and also ensuring that official Kingdom events observe the Kingdom cultural norms and the respect they deserve.
Performing special duties that come directly from Katikkiro.
