Responsible for uplifting the standards of education in schools and universities in Buganda.
Responsible for supervising higher institutions of learning in a more professional way to further uplift their standards.
Reviving and appointing institutional committees or Board of Governors, all of which have to be presented to Katikkiro and Cabinet for approval.
Ensuring that all institutions support the Kingdom treasury.
Uplifting the standards of the Kabaka Education Fund; sourcing for scholarships and bursaries that are up to standards, using advanced technology in awarding bursaries and also promoting the Kabaka Education Fund Alumni.
Running and taking care of the Kabaka Education Fund with transparency and authenticity.
Promoting the activities of the Buganda Examinations Board (BECO).
Promoting and guiding the organization of scouts and guides.
Coming up with a work plan that will enable the Kingdom to establish more schools and universities through out Buganda.
Promoting Ministerial activities and also creating more opportunities that will further support the Kingdom treasury.
Coming up with a work plan that will help the Kingdom of Buganda to promote a better health care system.
Establishing big hospital facilities for the Kingdom accompanied by small ones.
Establishing a road map that will enable the Kingdom to promote Herbal Medicine that is up to the world standards.
Extending health services to people in Buganda across all the counties.
Working on the roles of the Office of Nnaabagereka as delegated by her.
Supporting activities in the Office of Nnaabagereka as guided by her.
Strengthening ties with the Kingdom partners in the health field and also attracting new partners to work together and also support the health initiatives of the Kingdom.
Following the roles and guidelines that were passed by the Cabinet in all the activities done in the Kingdom.
Responsible for all committees/boards of professionals and those who run the different agencies in the Ministry and ensuring that the members are all presented to Katikkiro and Cabinet before commissioning them.
Keeping His Majesty’s secrets all the time.
Drafting the Ministerial budget and work plan.
Safeguarding, protecting and secretly keeping the aims of the Kingdom all the time.
Cabinet collective responsibility in the affairs of His Majesty’s Government.
