Coming up with a better land utilization method in Buganda, its development and how it can be beneficial to His Majesty’s Government and the different stakeholders.
Guiding and informing Cabinet about the state of affairs in Buganda Land Board.
Guiding and informing Cabinet about the state of affairs in the Kingdom Property Management Agency (Namulondo Investments Ltd).
Securing ownership of the Kingdom’s properties from the Government.
Ensuring that the Kingdom’s property is taken good care of.
Monitoring and ensuring that all rent on the Kingdom’s property is paid to the treasury in time.
Responsible for all the respective agencies in the Ministry and their smooth operation including appointing board members, unveiling the selected officials to Katikkiro and Cabinet before commissioning them.
Ensuring that the relationship between the Kingdom and her partners is maintained and also attracting new partners to support the Kingdom’s activities.
Ensuring that the obligations of the Ministry, as stated in the strategic plan of the Kingdom, are achieved.
